Questions people ask

What happens after I pay?

GuavaSure, who provide the plan, send your login on WhatsApp. Add four photos of your pet and the vaccination card there. The pawket opens 30 days after you pay.

Which vets can I go to?

Any registered vet in India. There's no list to check.

How do I get paid back?

Pay your vet as usual, then send the bill and prescription within 60 days. It's paid back from the pawket in 2 days. There's no cashless option. We'll walk you through it when you set up.

{Name} has a health condition. Can I still get it?

Yes. Tell us about it in the questions. We read it ourselves before you pay, and we'll be straight with you about what the pawket would and wouldn't cover.

I have more than one pet.

Add one now. You can add the others straight after, on the last screen.

What if my pet is over 10?

Not just yet, but leave your number and we'll message you the moment that changes.
